This is to confirm that Change ACT has worked as our consultant over the past years towards the acquisition of various certifications namely, BRC, ISO 22000, Eco Cert and Flo cert.

We achieved successful qualification within a tight time frame of 9 months. We have been appreciative of the level of support and services offered to us by Change ACT.

We have worked with Change ACT on numerous occasions and they have an extensive track record working with companies in our group over  several years  in various capacities such as  auditing, consulting and training. We recently completed a tailor-made training course for migration to ISO 9001:2015, where Change ACT adapted their standard material to suit our needs across several business units. This allowed us to target a broader audience at  differing levels of involvement in QMS, across several business models, compared to off the shelf courses .

As usual, their professionalism and experience was at the forefront ,  despite several  challenges during the project, the training plan was completed successfully.
